With over 25 years of experience in wealth management, Holly Pace is a seasoned financial professional dedicated to ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence at Parkway Wealth Management. She began her career at a boutique advisory firm in Houston, where she developed a strong foundation in financial advising and compliance. In 2006, she returned to Nacogdoches County and joined Smith & Partners, which later merged with Parkway Wealth Management Group in 2017. Since then, she has played a pivotal role in maintaining the firm’s high standards of integrity, compliance, and client service.

As Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer, Holly is committed to upholding regulatory standards while fostering a client-first approach. Her extensive industry knowledge and meticulous attention to detail ensure that Parkway operates efficiently and ethically, allowing clients to feel confident in their financial future.

Outside of her professional life, Holly and her husband, James, enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors, particularly cooking and appreciating the solitude of nature.
