Joel and his wife, Kim, have been married for 31 years and are the proud parents of three daughters—Foster, Frances, and Charlotte. Outside of work, Joel enjoys traveling, playing golf, and, most importantly, spending time with his family. With Kim and all three daughters sharing his passion for golf, he considers it the perfect way to blend family time with his favorite pastime.
